A-Frame Houses
How much do A-Frame houses cost in New Zealand?
Our A-Frame houses range from $80,135 to $136,000 NZD depending on the series selected. We offer six series: Series 28, 35, 38, 68, 69.8, and 69.9. All prices include delivery and installation.
Do A-Frame houses need council consent in New Zealand?
This depends on size, use, and location. Buildings under 30m2 may qualify as exempt under the NZ Building Act. We recommend checking with your local council before ordering. Our team can provide general guidance.
Can an A-Frame be used as a permanent home?
Yes. Our A-Frame houses are fully insulated and designed for year-round permanent residential use, with multi-bedroom configurations available across all series.

What is a Magic Container House?
An expandable container home that arrives collapsed for transport and expands on-site to nearly double its transport size, giving you a larger living space with manageable transport logistics.
What is a converted container home?
A shipping container professionally converted into a liveable space with insulation, windows, doors, kitchen, bathroom, and electrical systems included.
