Step 1: Site Assessment
We assess your site before building begins – access routes, ground conditions, boundary proximity, and connection points for water and power.
Step 2: Build and Quality Check
Your cabin is built in a controlled factory environment for consistent quality and no weather delays. Every cabin goes through a full inspection before dispatch.
Step 3: Delivery Day
Delivery is via a hiab truck for smaller cabins or specialist transport for larger units. Typical timeframes are 2-4 weeks for Auckland, 3-5 weeks for Wellington, and 4-6 weeks for the South Island.
Step 4: Placement and Handover
Our team places your cabin level and secure. Electrical and plumbing connections can be made immediately after by a qualified tradesperson.
